If you are tired of looking at my signature line you can just click on the "X" on the right top side of my signature and you won't have to look at it anymore.

If people would rather I remove it or condense it I can.

It's limited to 40 lines so can't get any larger

That is because there have been only a handful of approvals over the last several weeks. The estimates will just get longer until CSC starts working cases again.

No idea what they are doing this week. Maybe team building exercises or taking down holiday decorations. <_<

Thank you!

Thanks, but the honor of being first to the interview stage belongs to @javadown2. In fact, if I'm not mistaken, he and his fiance already have their interview date!

Thanks! She just scheduled her medical exam for next Friday. It's getting real!!

We actually had the interview on the 19th of December, she got the Visa in hand on the 23rd. :) She only needs her Visa stamped from CFO(Philippines thing) as she did class the day after the interview. Oh, and I just now noticed we are in a November post! We filed early October.

Yup...Earlier this week, mine said something like Jan 15-23. It's now Feb 8-15 :(

Yeah, Mine changed to Jan 13 - 20 now...was in December.  I still think that it is not going to happen that soon.

Funny thing is now my Case Tracker app says that my petition was received on 11/03 instead of 11/04 as my text states.  I'm not complaining if gets me approved faster, but I doubt it will...

Hang in there everyone!

it should base on your notice date when you get your hard copy. not the text.

Yes, sorry, didn't mean the text, I just meant the snapshot I took of the "Case Received" page from the Case Tracker app.  It's still in my Photos on my iPhone

Hilarious, I just logged in again and it says 11/04 again now.  weird...

Like I said, doubt it will change anything.

Anyone know if the case status changes before an RFE or approval is made? Or does is just say "Case Received" until one of those things happen?

MsJo,

I've seen cases where the case has been withdrawn or a name change or address change has been made.  So, it doesn't have to be one of the two situations you mentioned.

Jim

This is so nerve wrecking. On the USCIS website, the  CSC has changed the K1 visa Processing Cases as of 5 months to July 16, 2016. Hopefully, the employees are finished with their team building exercises Jim and will get back to working like little energizer bunnies. lol
