Art786, you're right about Igor's list, but the Case Tracker app allows you to track all cases based on their receipt number, and the data you obtain there is made available by the systems at USCIS. It's a great tool to see progress around your case and to get a comprehensive picture as opposed to what you see here. That being said, though, and as a frequent user of the Case Tracker app myself, what I have seen here in the past couple of months matches up pretty well with what I can gather through the app, especially with regard to trends and tendencies (longer / shorter waits, more / fewer approvals per day, etc.).

June is 6 months out good lord they should all be here before then. If approved end of January and sit at NVC a few more weeks then interviews by late Feb arrivals in March at the absolute latest.

But each case is different so tick tock.

Jim

Well this makes me feel better. We have a tentative wedding date the first week of September and I didn't know if I should start worrying or not.

Good to know that, kip us posted. My way is to look everything from worst passable way, so I am not too optimistic. For those who are, just remember that USCS is not in business to get happy couples together, their main job is to detect fraud. So it takes what it takes, any one's plans or schedule means nothing to them. Everyone welcome to reality. Also. Happy new year.

Nico, do you use the app for iPhone or Android? Sorry if it's already been mentioned. I'm only familiar with the iPhone app, where you can plot graphs for the receipt numbers searched, and they are displayed in different sections (approved, RFE, rejected, and other). You can also specify what kind of petitions you want displayed. If you use Android, I hope somebody here can help.

That's the case when there are no approvals / RFEs / rejections, just unworked ones. If you try case numbers, let's say, 1790049000 and count 500, you should see a little bit of everything (these are cases received on Oct 31).

Javadown (his timeline above) is also a October NOA 1 so still no one from November NOA 1, close to interview stage. Hope that will change soon.

Jim

Ok nightly update.

Lets start by saying there hasn't been a single VJ member approval for anyone with NOA 1 in the month of November since over 1 week ago on 12/27

Next up per USCIS App if your case was received on 10/28 there have been ZERO approvals so far this year the App is stuck at 30.

If your case was received on 10/31 there has been ONE approval and it was from today but it was a case that had an RFE. Info was received back from petitioner and case approved

App for 10/31 now has 55 approvals with 45 RFE's outstanding and 32 unworked cases.

Can't get much slower than that

Good night all

If you are tired of looking at my signature line you can just click on the "X" on the right top side of my signature and you won't have to look at it anymore.

If people would rather I remove it or condense it I can.

It's limited to 40 lines so can't get any larger
