Belated Happy Birthday Jim. I have been following this thread for some time, and I appreciate all of the advice and support you provide us. My fiancee lives in Pasacao Camarines Sur, which took a direct hit from the Christmas day typhoon. She is safe, thank God! But the region is devastated. She says they may not have electricity restored for months. As if we didn't already have enough of a call for patience. But we are strong. Hopefully soon I can give her the good news that our NOA2 was approved, although this is going to be a challenge. My thoughts, prayers, and heart are with all the people in the Bicol region.

OMG! Im crying right now! i'm in shock... someone slap me and we wake me up! :'D   after 87 days of waiting we finally got approved!!  I need to tell my fiance T^T.

Hello thanks, for the greeting. I saw on the news feed regarding the typhoon. Glad to hear she is safe. So many calamities there in Philippines but they will survive they always seen to make the best of it.

I think the next month will bring good news for all of us November filers

06/05/2017 - Passed the DMV test! Yey I can drive. 

06/09/2017- Our Wedding 

06/30/2017 - Submitted our AOS packet 

07/05/2017- Check got encashed and notification that they received our packet 

07/11/2017 - received a text and email for NOA1 

07/17/2017 - hard copy of NOA 1 received in the mail for (EAD, AP and AOS)

08/04/2017 - biometrics scheduled 

08/14/2017 - received update that they are ready to schedule the interview

Ok we have slight and I mean slight movement at USCIS.

On Friday 12/23 there were 43 case approved from 11/28 receipt date by USCIS

As of 12/28 there are now 49 cases approved.

For cases received by USCIS on 10/31 (ours) there were 17 cases approved and 11 RFE's

Today per the USCIS app there are now 22 cases approved and 15 RFE's

Bottom line 6 approvals for cases received on 11/28 and 5 approvals for cases received on 10/31

I checked the VJ timelines and so far no one has updated to show they now have a NOA 2 so not sure if any are members here.

Tomorrow should bring us some more CSC movement.

Taking what we can get at this point.

5 -10 cases a day for November NOA 1's. with over 400 cases from 11/28 and 10/31 alone.

10/28 receipt dates.

Zero approvals today but 3 RFE's issued.

Two more days left till the week is over.

Hoping CSC would at least clear out the earlier OCT NOA 1

My timeline now gives a possible approval estimate of January 23rd.

When I had 1st filed I believe it was estimated at Dec 5th or so.
