Hey Jim,

Was about to call in but thought to check to see if other November filers are in the same boat. You're doing good work here. Thanks for the statistics. I think we are close. My NOA1 was Nov 7th. I think you should see yours this week. I'm thinking mine will be next week.

Yeah it's an adventure for sure.

I'm not so confident about getting an approval until maybe last week of December.

I have nothing to back that up just a feeling and the fact that CSC has been moving super slow.

Where in the Philippines is your fiancee from?

Mine is from Island of Negros.

My NOA1 date is November 14th, must wait until January, hopefully I will get a good news before Lunar New Year :)

11/12/16 --- Delivered at Dallas Lock Box

11/16/16 --- NOA1 Date on hard copy notice

11/17/16 --- NOA1 Text and Email. Case sent to CSC

11/26/16 --- NOA1 hard copy received

03/16/17 --- NOA2 - 4 months of waiting 

03/25/17 --- NOA2 hard copy received

04/03/17 --- Case number received (18 days)

04/05/17 --- Case number sent to US Consular in HCM city

04/10/17 --- Case is ready (5 days shipping)

05/03/17--- Vaccination & Medical Exam

05/22/17--- Interview APPROVED! YAY!!!

05/24/17--- Visa was issued

05/27/17--- Visa in hand

06/16/17--- POE San Francisco

06/30/17--- Got married.

 

AOS TIMELINE:

08/25/17--- Sent AOS application to Chicago, IL

08/28/17--- Delivered.

09/??/17--- NOA1 Date on hard copy

Ok as of 5:45pm PST (california time) there has been zero activity on the APP for 11/28 receipts.

It seems they update after 8PM so I will just check again then.

She is from the province in Cebu but living in the city for now. However, I'm from Battle Ground WA just across the river from you. We will have to stay in touch for when I move back home.

wow four of us all in WA State. yes lets keep in touch.

Ah Cebu it is a nice place there in the Philippines. Mostly untouched by typhoon as the other islands seem to take the brunt of the winds.

City living or province available. Great place to retire...maybe.

10/31/16 - NOA1 Text and Email. Case sent to CSC
11/04/16 - NOA1 Hard Copy Received
01/13/17- NOA2 Text and Email  **wohhoooo 76 days**
01/20/17 - NOA2 Hard Copy Received 
01/27/17 - Embassy Received. Case status set as Ready
02/07/17 - Medical ( Passed!!!!)
02/23/17 - Interview (APPPRRROOOOVVEEDDDDD)
02/24/17 - Visa Issued

02/28/2017 - Visa in Hand =)

04/03/2017 - Pick up our doggy passport for our fur child
04/06/2017 - Arrived in USA!!!

04/24/2017 - Applied for SSN

04/28/2017 - SSN arrived, got a state ID card and opened bank account

06/05/2017 - Passed the DMV test! Yey I can drive. 

06/09/2017- Our Wedding 

06/30/2017 - Submitted our AOS packet 

07/05/2017- Check got encashed and notification that they received our packet 

07/11/2017 - received a text and email for NOA1 

07/17/2017 - hard copy of NOA 1 received in the mail for (EAD, AP and AOS)

08/04/2017 - biometrics scheduled 

08/14/2017 - received update that they are ready to schedule the interview

Nope no VJ members have updated their timelines yet.

Let me check the USCIS app for cases received on 10/31/2016

Ok USCIS app shows 15 approvals, 3 rejects, 10 RFE's and 333 Not yet worked or unapproved.

So basically ZERO movement. Oh well maybe next week..LOL

Noa 1 was listed as 11-1

So I just got this:

Document Was Returned To USCIS

On December 13, 2016, the Post Office returned your document to us. We will hold your document for 180 days or until June 11, 2017. Please go to www.uscis.gov/e-request to request that we resend the document to you. If you do not submit an online request by June 11, 2017, we will destroy your document and you will need to file a new Form I-129F, Petition for Fiance(E), with fee. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

Which makes no sense to me. I received the I-787C hard copy in the mail just fine on 12/6, dated for 11/30.

11/17/17 - Delivered at Dallas Lock Box - per USPS

11/22/17 - NOA1 SMS/Email - Routed to CSC - Notice Date

Call them right now. That is what i would do.

Especially with fees going up if you have to refile.
