Try them both it won't hurt.

Not sure if you are using android or apple but the Iphone app has a flag with circle and white eagle in the middle.

Keeping the spirits up is not all that easy these days as it seems. At least, though, we're moving, albeit quite slowly. Common, California. Pick up the pace, finish up these petitions filed in October, and start working on ours! I know, I know, whining and complaining here won't help, but still.

Jim:

We have a late notice November NOA 1 approval.

VJ sent me an automatic notice on one of the timelines I'm following.

Rhinestunning NOA 1 of 11/2 and an Approval via NOA 2 on 12/5 (last Monday)

Apparently they just recently updated their timeline with this info.

I added them in black to my signature line below.

Sorry my signature is getting out of hand it's becoming a monster...LOL

I'll trim it down later this week if we can get some more approvals here soon.

You can tell how bored I am here...LOL

I took the 14 approved I-129F's in my signature line and divided it out.

The average for NOA 2 is 31.5 days.

Small sampling but there it is.

We just received our NOA 1 dated 11/25/16. We mailed our I-129F last November 22nd in addition to the I130

Probably a good 40 days till approval at the rate things are moving and Holidays coming up.

This is a K-3 I believe. I-129F in conjunction with I-130. Not sure if special processing applies to the I-129F probably not.

Does the NOA 1 for I-129F say it is at CSC?

Keep us updated.

Enjoy the Holidays as best you can.

Jim

Hey Jim,

Was about to call in but thought to check to see if other November filers are in the same boat. You're doing good work here. Thanks for the statistics. I think we are close. My NOA1 was Nov 7th. I think you should see yours this week. I'm thinking mine will be next week.

The other Jim :clock:
