Sorry if someone asked already...but you estimate about 129/174 days for approval to those in Late December?? I just want to estimate so I don't get my hopes up for March or April.... :( I hate this waiting game......it use to take 4 months to have visa in hand and now its taking 4 months to get approved! ... hate it hate it :(

I no it's the worst to wait 84 days no noa2 yet papers have been in since nov 23rd hoping to hear something soon ??

Hello everyone!

I'm a December filer but I'm creeping here to try and get an idea of how long I'll need to wait...

I have a simple question though: what does "case adjudicated" mean? Does it mean "case approved" (NOA2) or "visa approved" (last stage)?

From Nov. 1 to Nov. 30th, I see around 4,000 K-1s. I see around 4,300 for Dec. That said, there were over 400 on Oct. 31st alone. My data starts into Oct.31st...I never found the front of cases for that date, so I don't know how many really...just that it's >= 400.

No, that's not what I meant. I'm saying they received about 174 petitions per weekday in Dec (129 per day if you count all days). I don't know when exactly you will get your case adjudicated (nobody does), but my guess would be closer to April than March. My case is an early Dec. case, and I don't expect it until sometime in March or maybe later. I'm actually sending more evidence tomorrow (long story...but trying to avoid potential RFEs given so many being issued recently) since I don't expect them to touch my case before that arrives and gets processed.

I hate it, too. Yes, it used to take 4 months. Not that long before that, it took a year or longer (checkout the whole DACA thing).

Edit: I just noticed you are a Dec. filer too. I thought you were a Jan. filer. In that case, March is still possible.

Wow! I didn't know there was even more K-1s in December than November. So the Late April estimation on this site for me might actually be accurate :(

Hello,

What is the  Geo's report  and how do you check it?

Below is an example of Geo's report. It's a daily comprehensive report for all movements within a range of I-129F cases. The report is gathered and shared by user @geowrian on a nightly basis around 11:30 PM EST. It's a really useful report to help you track how your case stands and what USCIS are currently processing. Look for it tonight.

Not bad, USCIS. Not bad! Lots of RFEs still, but they're cranking away pretty well. Hopefully the RFEs are for good reasons and people rushing to get in before the fee hike or post-election. Lots of RFEs and denials on the early Nov. and Oct filers especially...my guess now is they weren't all just overlooked but had to be looked at more closely.

Hey everyone!

Thanks Art786 for your answer!

4 days passed since we saw the 'case approved' on the page... and my fiancée (petitioner) didn't get any notification yet, lol.

It's time to patiently wait again for that notification, and then get ready to pester the NVC by phone, haha.

Thanks again for your kind reply Art786. Hope you get your NVC notification soon!

Happy Valentine's day!

Thanks . You to .

No way. I would say you should have approval sometime in March. It all depends if they keep the current pace, if they speed it up, or if they slow it down probably depends on which part of March you get approved.

I think what they should actually be doing is taking those fat November and December stacks and mixing in newer I-129fs because of the fee hike (people that paid more). But that is just wishful thinking.

Yes, thinking that paying a few extra bucks on a scheduled fee increase should move someone to the head of the line...its delusional thinking LOL. Happy valentines day bro.

Increase in fees dos not mean anything  to people working there, I would be very surprize  if they wore getting a dollar more for their work

Adjudicated is when USCIS decides on your case. NOA2.
