Hi Guys,

I have a question since the approval is taking more than usual and i'm actually scheduled to give up my apartment effective Jan 2018 and I will move back home while waiting for this process to finish and so I can spend more time with my family too. Is it necessary for us to update USCIS about the change of "my" address (beneficiary).

Thank you

Yes I-129f's received on that day. Is a little high compared to the average from this year. My very inaccurate math shows that they were averaging around 188 in the first quarter on business days and 216 in the third quarter of this year. Of course every day was unique and any individual day may have been much higher or lower. That day was a Monday so might have captured Friday and Saturday delivery pushing the numbers up.

Yes that is exactly what happened combined with unknown election outcome regarding immigration. Chest beating from our President Elected and the Philippine president (Large amount of K-1's come from Philippines)

The fact that it was last day of month and the fees are going up this month. This seems to have created the perfect storm for a huge filing day.

I have the numbers for cases received by USCIS on 11/28 it is ugly in the sense that there were nearly 40 approvals and 30 RFE's that is a HUGE RFE to approval ratio. Not good.

Seems like USCIS is instructing their employees to pick these cases apart to find any reason to NOT forward these to NVC who is also swamped.

OR it could be that the bulk of RFE's occur in the early days and more straight approvals after that. I really don't know.

Lets see what tonight brings for 11/28 and 12/31 (again these are not NOA 1 dates these are received by USCIS dates)

Jim
