Still running. It takes 50-70 minutes to run, the another 20 or so minutes for me to compile all the info. That said, so far I'm not seeing any cases updated today.

@amye What case number(s) did you see updated? I can do a second check here to see if something is up.

It doesn't show me the case #.

Ah. Yeah, I think that's just how the app works. It doesn't actively go out and monitor everybody's case number for updates. When somebody opens (it maybe if it's running in the background), it checks and then updates on its end. So most likely somebody just found out about their approval, not that a case was just approved. Shucks.

No problem. Just running the scan only takes me like 2 minutes. The rest is waiting. If there's no updates today, I just won't spend the time compiling it into the excel and access formats. :) At the current rate, that's looking to be the case...4200/5000 scanned and 0 updates for today so far.

Update: DS-160 used to only ask for the five most recent visits on earlier forms - so I think I should be okay with the most recent nine and the online form probably does limit the number of trips we can input.  I can breathe again!  Other forum threads said that you can discuss other visits at the interview if it comes up.  They just want to be sure that the information is consistent - not necessarily requiring your full travel history since the year dot...

Hi Chelley! Don't want to be a fuddy-duddy here, but that is not exactly correct. Form DS-160, when being filled in for K1 visa purposes, clearly asks to provide ALL US travel history. The last five visits apply to those who are applying for B1/B2 visa. To answer that question correctly I went to CPB website and get my travel history (it only shows your US visits for the last five years). The older visits data I elicited from my old passports (I kept all my expired passports). Since 2010, when I first time travelled to the US, I've been there 22 times. And I indicated all entries in the DS-160.
I also experienced same thing whilst working on my application that you mentioned above, the system didn't let me add more visits after I clicked SAVE button. I think, it's the system's bug. So, I just logged out of the application completely, and then logged-in again and the travel history page became active again and let me add all my visits.
Having said that, I don't think you would have experienced any problems during the interview even if you just indicated nine most recent visits. You can explain everything to a consular officer if he/she brings up the topic. If you can't fix your application, just prepare a separate list with all the information about your travel history and bring with you to the interview.

Thank you for the info!

I had already logged out and logged back in again - it still wouldn't let me add more than nine -but your idea for prepping a full list to take to interview is a good idea as far as I can find them - though I'm not sure I know where my previous passport is - or how long my trips were for the ones in my current passport.  I'll try logging in again and see if it lets me add anything else.

Thank you so much - you have confirmed that it is a bug in the system.  I'm going to try not to get too worked up about it.  I have found posts elesewhere where people couldn't add all visits but didn't have any problems as either the interview staff didn't ask - or if they did, all was fine as long as verbal responses matched the records - so taking a list should keep me covered.

Thank you again!

Update: it still won't let me add any more visits so I'll take a list!

Sorted!  I still can't add anything to my ds-160 list but I have managed to cobble together what I think is a complete history - I think I only had two visits prior to my current passport.  I have the full CBP list of 15 visits - another five in my current passport and I'm fairly certain I only had two visits prior to that - one in 2007 and one in 1993.  So - like you - 22 visits in total!

I'll put it onto a sheet and take it to the interview. Thank you for letting me know about your experience with the system - and the advice :)

We're really struggling to put this list together for my fiancé, since you didn't even need a passport to cross between Canada and the United States until fairly recently.  He can get a record of his visits for the past five years, but before that, we just have general information.  We know he attended a conference in New York in January of 2004, but we have no idea of the exact dates.  We also know that he took a skiing trip to Colorado in high school, but we aren't even sure of the exact year.  How specific do the dates have to be?
