you might be lucky - they do seem to be picking handfuls from an assortment of dates at the moment so you could possibly get your NOA2 this week.  It should certainly be in the next two or three weeks.

You think so I hope my papers have been in since November 23rd

Today is DAY 100 from NOA 1 for us.

I have a feeling I will be one of the final 3 cases to get approved.:protest:

Jim -  safe travels and have such an amazing time with Jes! I am rooting for you every day and will probably keep checking 10/31 filers just keeping up with progress on what might be your case! May the time off in the gorgeous Phillipines relax you, and may you return to an NOA-2, an NVC number, and all of the next pieces in the process falling into place.

MajaMukanowksa - please scroll back through these forum postings. As chelleyandaaron posted, the process has been explained in detail by Geowrian, vogaan, chelleyandaaron, and myself over the past few days. As for tracking 10/31 specifically, I use the iPhone USCIS Case Tracker App (free from app store, icon is a vertical American flag with eagle). Once in the app, the second icon from the left is a Search (magnifying glass). For "Start Receipt", you can enter any case number from USCIS. You can set the "Count" (number of cases searched) to 500 maximum. I use the number WAC1790049058 as the first receipt for October 31st filers, and then search forward in 500 chunks to encompass all of the receipt numbers from one calendar day. Yu find these numbers by playing around with case numbers nearing the end or beginning of each day; it's much easier to just follow Geowrian's weeknight nightly update posts and vogaan's nightly posts (for November 14th only). When it is done searching, you click on the bar graph icon at the top, and then select I-129F. You will see a graph of all approved cases, rejected cases, cases issued an RFE, and cases that have not been worked yet as "other" (which is mostly unworked cases, but a couple other categories fall in here as well). The app limists searches to a couple thousand daily, due to IP concerns, which you can get around if you know things about programming. Just play around with the app and you'll figure it out.

Does uscis process cases on the weekends well on Saturday's ?

Usually not, but rarely we've seen RFEs and even a handful of approvals on the weekends. I wouldn't count on it, but if it happens then it's a good surprise.

And another question on our timeline it says estimated times for your paper work and they give a date is that true or never happens ?

It's an estimate based on the data from VJ members' timelines. In a "big picture" perspective, they're pretty good estimates. During transitions to faster or slower processing (especially on the slower side of things), they lag behind the real progress. So, if you look at cases for like the last 6 months or longer, they're pretty close. If you look at cases for the past 3 months, they're probably off by a couple weeks.

Hey guys I was just wondering if any of you who have had success reaching out to your congressional reps have been requested to fill out a privacy release form before the Rep will speak to CSC. My girl reached out to her congressional Rep in California and they replied her email asking her to fill out a Privacy release form but she never saw the email for the last 11 days, sigh! And then they sent her a follow up email on Tuesday. She's gonna sign and send the form today.

Generally, there is not really anything a congressional inquiry can do until you are out of "normal" processing times (i.e. 5-6 months for I-129F). There's no harm either.

Oh, that's helpful.  Like a lot of Canadians, my fiancé has been to the US a zillion times, starting when he was a child.  We were afraid we would have to list every single visit.  It's so nice to know that we only need to list the most recent nine.

No, they had a page of boxes to fill in dates for previous visits to the US when I filled in my ds-160 the first time in January.  I went back in today to update it and it wouldn't let me add any more dates - the 'add' link was greyed out.  Previous forms (apparently) only asked for the five most recent visits - but the form I completed had let me add the nine most recent visits.  So I think that is as many as they need.  Some other threads had mentioned that the officers might discuss this at the interview - and they might not.

The 'other countries visited' asks for information about countries visited in the past five years.  I don't know what the maximum add is for that as I only had five countries to add (because most of my travel was to the US in the past five years).  I just wanted to allay the fears of anyone else who might have been a frequent visitor but didn't have enough space to add every prior visit to the US.
