It means there are 0 cases in "Case was Received" status. I checked the spreadsheet and there are only 2 cases that day, and both are withdrawn petitions. So it's essentially an empty day.

Thats exciting.  the 23rd was touched today.  I'm on the 28th which only has the 25th between the 23rd and 28th!

Thank you everyone! Jim, thank you so much for setting up this thread. I called her at work and she was just quiet. She said she was happy, but other than that was just quiet. She said she would call me later. Maybe she is in shock. I am very happy. Not shocked at all!

Don't be sad Nina! I was feeling like that yesterday when they skipped over to 11/19 received dates :wacko:
