It's actually between Peru and Poland for some reason then Papau New is after that which is not in alphabetical order.

Anyway Glad to hear that is was delivered today.

Ok mine had been waiting to pick up status but I checked just now and it says delivered 10/31 11:16 am so looks like we are both in the same situation/boat.

I guess I'll update my time line. Not much progress but getting the petition there is important I guess LOL

Try not to over think or over stress all will be fine.

Just sent our I129F today to Lewisville, TX, I am super excited and really nervous! I am hoping everything works out as planned for us. This is my second time around doing this as well.

Good luck to all of the November filers and now we wait!

04/03/2017 - Pick up our doggy passport for our fur child
04/06/2017 - Arrived in USA!!!

04/24/2017 - Applied for SSN

04/28/2017 - SSN arrived, got a state ID card and opened bank account

06/05/2017 - Passed the DMV test! Yey I can drive. 

06/09/2017- Our Wedding 

06/30/2017 - Submitted our AOS packet 

07/05/2017- Check got encashed and notification that they received our packet 

07/11/2017 - received a text and email for NOA1 

07/17/2017 - hard copy of NOA 1 received in the mail for (EAD, AP and AOS)

08/04/2017 - biometrics scheduled 

08/14/2017 - received update that they are ready to schedule the interview

Hey Congrats as well.

You may want to update your time line to show the service center as originally Cali.

Texas lock box to CSC does not count as an official transfer.

Transfers are only made between service centers.

It won't matter a whole but to be as accurate on your timeline it should be California CSC not Texas.

Slightly worried about the amount of evidence we've submitted after looking on here!

What we've included is

Boarding passes

Photos of us together over a few visits

Dating website terms of service (as I heard that can be a big reason for rfe)

Screenshots of call logs between us over the last few months

Evidence of cards/receipts of cards we have sent each other

Feeling pretty unconfindent now but that's all we could scrape together ?

Hello IIaz AKA Jamie and Daniel, Welcome aboard!

I assume you are Jamie and you petitioned a different person before. What country was she from and did you do K-1 or CR-1 (spousal)

Either way don't worry as long as you have all your required documents in you will both be fine.

On a separate note you may want to update your VJ timeline to show that the service center is California.

Texas is just a mail stop. They forward 99.9% of the I-129F's to Cali and it is not considered as transfer.

Sorry I'm a bit OCD. obsessive compulsive but that is a good thing here LOL

Oh and unless your lady is from Armenia you can change that part on your VJ timeline as well if you want.

K1 Visa Event Date Service Center : Texas Service Center Transferred? No Consulate : Armenia I-129F Sent : 2016-11-01

Should Say

Service Center: Califorina Service Center

Consulate: what ever country she is from - there is a drop down list.

I see you just sent in your RFE response.

Please make a copy of the letter they sent you just in case they or the USPS loses your reply.

Once they get it you should be approved in 1 to 2 weeks on average.

Congrats you are almost done with stage 1.

Then NVC and Embassy after that.
