Yes the actual NOA 1 notice of receipt date is the date on paper copy of I-797C and this is the date that should be input on VJ time line for NOA 1.

Either way it's taking far to long for I-129F approvals lately.

Hope this is the week starting with JASS .

Please, Please, Please.

Welcome to the forum and thread. Yes they can fix the address no problem.

You can download the application on your phone CASE REVIEW/TRacker, USCIS and once you get your WAC number you can track it there.

WAC number will be on the paper copy unless you get an email or text from them.

Jim

Well here we go again update for November NOA's

As of today 12/5 there have now been a whole 12 approvals so that means in one day the USCIS processed only ONE case for I-129F of the 360 they received on 10/31/2016

I hate to say this but this is really BAD news for anyone in a rush. At this point I do not believe November NOA's will not be approved until Mid January or longer. Something is going on at USCIS CSC not sure

it if has to do with the Elections, NVC catch-ups or something else.

Oh well. <_<

Hey CSC feel free to prove me wrong and crank out 50 approvals tomorrow ( not holding breath though)

With regards to police clearances, is it required to have it mailed directly to the consulate or to the requester's address? Or does it depend per country? Because I resided in two countries: Philippines and Singapore.

Thank you!

Just wanted to check in. Let's not lose hope for NOA2 coming this December just yet for those filed at the beginning of Nov (I know, I know, easier said than done; after all, we're all in the same boat...). However, as stated many times already, what we see here on VJ is not the full picture. So, there are cases from earlier in October that need to be processed, and that may mean that - especially "thanks" to Thanksgiving - we may just have to wait an additional week. Meanwhile, I'm not saying that I'm not one of the ones who impatiently awaits their NOA2, but I also try to tell myself every day that it's more than fair that those who filed before we did should get their process completed before us as well.

That being said, I hope for all of us that CSC picks up its pace and processes as many petitions as at all possible this week. Hoping that all of us can keep their spirits up.

Sending all of you guys my very best wishes!
