You do NOT need to include the filed copy if you don't have them but to replace that you should provide the last 3 years of return transcripts which you can order for FREE here.

https://www.irs.gov/individuals/get-transcript?_ga=1.200527854.1103885181.1478853718

You should also provide last 3 year of W-2's or F1099's to show income for those years.

No need to wait for 2016 W-2's or returns unless you think your 2015 income was not enough to meet the guidelines.

do i really need to submit the past 3 years of my W-2s? what if my 2015 income is above the poverty line can i use that?

Thanks for the info Jim. Aprreciated

Hello everyone, I sent my packet 11/21 received 11/23 still nothing :/ Lewiston lockbox

Hi congrats on the start of your journey.

You may want to update your timeline on VJ to show the country of your fiance(e) as this will help you connect with people who will be going through the same consulate/embassy.

If you did the email/text notification form like he mentioned then you should hear something soon or check your delivery confirmation which is free on all USPS packets.

Have a great weekend

Let us know when you get your NOA 1 - Notice of action that should come by postal mail.

12/1/2016 update

On 10/31/2016 USCIS received a total of 360 I-129F (correction from last night the total was 360)

As of today 12/1 there has been 8 approvals, 3 rejected and ZERO RFE's

Jim

This info was actually pulled from the USCIS Case Review Application which can be downloaded to your phone.

You have to search a range of WAC number and play around with it.

I was able to figure out there are 360 cases received on that date 10/31 which is different then the NOA 1 date.

Please be aware that if you use the app a lot to search cases it will lock you out for a few days.

There is a work around to this lock out if you need it.

Hi Jim,

Good morning

That answer was my initial post from yesterday.

12/1/2016 update

On 10/31/2016 USCIS received a total of 360 I-129F (correction from last night the total was 360)

As of today 12/1 there has been 8 approvals, 3 rejected and ZERO RFE's

I will update this tonight Friday here 12/2 hopefully more than 1 more approval today for November cases.

The number 360 above is NOT from VJ it is from the USCIS database.

There are just over 100 November NOA 1 cases where members have filled out timelines here on VJ.

Nearly 1/3 of all I-129F November NOA 1 petitioners are also using this website pretty cool.

Sorry if I'm rambling.

HI Jim,

Thanks for your research again, much appreciated!

To ask the obvious, what happened in November? it looks like they were approving on average over 70% of the petitions and November is close to 0%! So worried now! Is this a fluke?

It looks like they are prioritizing the NOA1 notices over the NOA2, is that what it looks like to you?

Also, it looks like the petitions that were unapproved previously have been like that since they were sent in. Do they ever go back and approve the old ones? I just feel like I may get lost in a big pile of 360 I-129fs that are ahead of me.

So weird!

Anyway, thanks for keeping an eye on these. =) I hope you get approved soon!

Hi Forena,

TGIF!!

The thing about VJ timelines is that the info is only as good as the members inputting them.

So we may see 70% approved and 30% unapproved for past months for example but some people sign up, created a timeline, input NOA 1 then disappear for one reason or another. Maybe they break up for just don't see the need to use the forum. My point here is the approval rate is much greater than 70% for NOA 2 probably closer to 95-98%. Hard to have a full out denial unless as stated before. Petitioner is still married, couple never met or has criminal record beyond acceptance. There are also some who get NOA 2 and just forget to put the dates in. So 95-98% of us will get our I-129F's approved if we correct any RFE's.

Once again the hard part is the visa interview. Each country has different success rate and it's much less than 95%.

Oh there are much more than 360 ahead of us maybe several thousand :clock:

Lets see if USCIS can pump out at least 4 or 5 to make up for this weeks serious slump.

I have my finger's crossed for JASS as they have been waiting for a long time already 40 days plus

Received our hard copy NOA 1 today with notice date of 11/25/2016. I updated our timeline and our estimated adjudication date is 12/28/2016-01/05/2017. Hopefully it will be a happy start or end to the year! Every little piece of information makes us very happy. :) Congrats to those who are approved already this month and we all waiting patiently (not really) together for the rest of our approvals.

Me and my fiance met on Okcupid app. I included in our I-129F our log chat since we started talking, a screenshots of our conversations on OKC before we deactived our accounts. Do you guys think I will get a high % of RFE to prove that app isn't a International Marriage Broker? :(

Did you include the terms of service of the website?

You could get one but no promise. A lot of times it depends upon how you worded how you met and what the reviewer is looking for that day.

Time will tell.

If I were you I would go to the website and print out the TOS just so you have it ready.
