I know what you mean. I have several clearances myself, and have background checks (including FBI) done on me at least once a year already as a nature of my work. I'm assuming this would make the background check simple, but it is what it is.

:)  im not that well informed but don't think should be a problem, hope you head all forms filled correctly and sign, with some extras like picks and staff. Don't worry to much because it will not change anything. You will get your approval.

We should be okay on our forms.  The two of us checked them over a ton of times, and then I asked a friend (who successfully petitioned for his wife many years ago) to look over the forms as another pair of eyes.  He caught two things we missed.  We put in a lot of evidence: e-mails, chat records, phone records, lots of pictures in different places and on different visits, and so on.  It's just a waiting game now. :) Thanks for your support.

Good job :)  . Time seems to go extra slow when you wait. I got my approval after 2,5 months. and what's frustrated that most October application was processed in a month, but some are still outstanding.

Well as you all know I have zero patience.

Ran the USCIS App for 10/31 cases

Zero approved

2 RFE's and 1 "Decision mailed" sounds kind of ominous.

 

Hopefully I ran it too soon as not 8PM PST yet.

Would be nice to see at least 4 or 5 approvals for 10/31 and several more for 10/28 and prior.

That's basically what I saw (numbers still crunching). The "decision mailed" is a denial. Most of the earlier entries in my scan seem to be getting RFEs anymore.

 

On the plus side, we hit a new record for approvals (and it's still running).

wonder why someone would get denied?? maybe except not paying correct fee.
