Hang in there late Octobers! CSC appears a bit scattershot in how they choose their files but I am sure you'll get processed soon!

If I don't get approved today I will again next week as I was told by them that it would be approved before 02nd Feb!!!

Wanted to ask whats the approx. estimated date for NOA2 approvals? 80-90 days right? I'm a Dec/Jan filer and just wanted to see an estimated date.... TGIF!

since my case has been approved whats next? i know i have to wait for noa2 hard copy and other info about me and mail it to her. what is the next step for my fiancee? what does she need to do in terms of her medical exam and what she needs to bring/do? thanks for any info on that

11-4-2016=k1 petition sent
11-7-2016=delievered at lewisville via ups
11-9-2016=case was received form i-797 to follow in mail
2-1-2017=NOA2 approved yay!!

Not sure if this is the right place to ask! But if my fiancé the petitioner was to start a new job before our approval (noa2) is there a process to follow? or any complications? When it gets to embassy interview stage?

Hey, I replied to this earlier but as my reply isn't here I think I might have lost my connection before it posted.

 

You can complete the financial form and gather the supporting evidence from your bank and employer. Also write another letter of intent to marry. You call the NVC about 10-12 days after NOA2  approval to get the case number that your fiancé needs for the medical and interview. 

 

Your fiance needs to complete the DS-160 online and request the police report and vaccination records. Passport photos are also required for the medical and interview I think.  I am going to get my vaccinations up to date before my medical to avoid extra expenses at the medical -  depending on where your fiancée is, it might be cheaper to do it this way.

Thnk you.. I hope thing happens soon, I live in the middle of nowhere so visiting is not the easiest for me plus my work doesn't give much time. I must say though neither of us have ever applied for anything like this, no children, first marriage but he is in Ghana where the love to deny visas so I am trully worried ? idk !!!!
