I knew a girl from Vietnam and her K1 visa process took 1.5 months to complete. She sent it on October 3rd, and her case was approved after 28 days. And she just booked the interview 2 days ago, she had done the medical exams too. I was like, ####### why her case ran so fast. I wish our K1 cases of November filers will run quickly like that!

By the way I have a question, I have seen almost the I-129F packet get approved, I just wonder if you guys know any cases that are denied at the first step, I know some people are asked to supply more evidence but I haven't known any denied cases. I heard once your case was approved, 70% of having a chance to get a visa, 20% depends on how you interview with the C,O (if you can answer fluenty their questions), 10% depends on how the C,O feels hahaha. Is it right?

Sorry for my bad English.

i don't see the question about last time in the USA.

i was checking the DS-160 form and i saw these questions

Have you ever been in the U.S.? NO - since yes was in guam should she put Yes here or is the question is if she been into the mainland?

Have you ever been issued a U.S. visa? NO - she worked in guam and had B1 visa in hand

Have you ever been refused a U.S. Visa, been

refused admission to the United States, or

withdrawn your application for admission at the

point of entry?

NO

i just don't want any problems by the time of the interview.

B-1 Visa was issued by USA therefore I would put yes even though it was just to a US Territory.

If she were to put "NO" I can see the interviewer saying "Miss. why did you put no for "have you ever been to the US"?

Miss You went to Guam on an visa issued by the US State Department.

Never apologize for your English. Most people here only speak 1 language you speak 2 or maybe even more.

I-129F's rarely get denied only if you have not actually met the fiance(e) in the last 2 years or perhaps someone has a criminal record or is not yet divorced when they file.

You are very early in the process and both USCIS and NVC are going slower lately.

Hang in there

Good night all

Now there are 2 from October who were approved on 11/30 and one was with an RFE.

Still ZERO NOA 1's for November from this forum have been approved things have really slowed down.

Not so fun statistic of the night.

On 10/31/2016 USCIS received a total of 356 I-129F

As of today 11/30 there has been ONE approval, THREE rejected cases, ZERO RFE's, Four Calling Birds, Three French Hens and a Partridge in a Pearrrrrrrrrrrr Treeeeeee!

Could thing you all can't here me sing.

December 1st here in USA you know what that means.

Oh and I have a theory on why no NOA 2's for November NOA 1's this month.

Maybe I'll share it tomorrow if the pattern of no NOA 1 - November approvals continues.

Jim

oh okay i see. i understand.. however, when i submitted my I-129F there's a question there asking if your fiancee has ever been into the U.S and if you say yes you need to put some information below. i guess i didn't understand that question because i put No. i should've put yes right?
