Hi, can anyone tell me what to expect from NVC?  Is it described anywhere on VisaJourney?

 

I realize that you can start calling about 10 days after NOA2 to get case number.  Is that the only way to get the case number or does it come via email and USPS as well?

Then, what happens, what do you do with the case number?  Is there a web site where you can track status?  What are the possible statuses?

 

What are the possible types of communication from NVC?  And how do they arrive (email, USPS, DHL)?  RFE?  Approval?  Who gets them?  Beneficiary or applicant?

 

Thanks -- my case is on the way to NVC but I am headed to Mexico February 13 and don't want to miss anything.

Amye i bought my partner a puppy which is yorkie. Yorkie dont grow that much and they are so adorable. Shes so happy that she spend time with her when shes not bc. She said that it ease her anxiety from waiting and on top of it.... shes learning to takecare of kuykuy like a baby

Yeah... its kinda far but i guess ill be happy if u got approve early since u are just 2 days ahead from me. Haysss. This waiting game sucks and it made me anxious.

 

Btw conratulation JnT also Sean Rn for getting their approvals. 

Lets hope for more approvals soon!

i was approved yesterday on the 1st super excited. i was on facebook vidcall with the fiancee then i got a text from a weird number checked it it said my case was updated. went to uscis and it said its been approved!!! i took a screen shot sent to her she saw it and she started crying. she was so happy!!
