Meee ... I had Noa 1 10 October we received a RFE for some missing signature. We sent it back immediately howeve looks like it got lost as then after few weeks my bf sent a copy ( luckily he took a copy ) and after few days they received it ( 03 rd December ) .

I called two weeks ago asking what is happing and they said it would be approved not later than 02 nd Feb (today !!)) .

Im loosing hope when we forts applied I  thought by now I was already nearly there , before I was doing a lot of planning now I'm scared of planning anything!

a bit tough now for our friends who should've been approved weeks ago but keep on fighting! For those who are yet to receive theirs, just be patient and don't give up!

Who would buy their finance a puppy before they're even in the country?!  The puppy might not even be a puppy by the time they get there!  That would be so sad.

Yes! I noticed that - that's a really old post from the beginning of the thread - that puppy's puppies have probably had puppies by now!

I called Wednesday morning (I am in California). I was put on hold for only 20 min or so. I heard right when they open, and around when they are closing is their best times to call.

(603) 334-0888 for non-immigrant visa inquiries,  (603) 334-0700 for immigrant visa. But K1 is so-called dual intention visa and can be referred to both, I guess.

Hi guys!  I'm a December filer and I come here to read the updates every day after work.  It keeps me sane! I regret not sending our package in September but since my fiance switched jobs to cover the requirement for the affidavit of support we had to wait. Now the waiting to be together again seems too long. We are considering a quick visit to the U.S. on March but I freak out they'll reject me upon arrival. I know they can't. I have a good job and I'm currently paying my house in Mexico. But still you never know.  Any advice? 

 

Also I'm hoping they will start touching December files by the end of this month (LOL)

I'm also still waiting. Received NO1 November 14th. But hoping soon. Since a lot of Novembers got approved. Congratulations to you and everyone who got their approvals. ))
