---> This was also my concern. We already printed and signed the letters of intent with the courier address. However, my fiance sent it through USPS. Too late to change it. I read other forums about this and someone said the addresses in the letter don't matter much as long as the address on the envelope is correct and that the requirements are complete.

The best way to send it is USPS Priority Mail with FREE delivery confirmation. Signature cards mean nothing in this case.

All you need to know is that it made it to final destination.

Don't forget your form to allow them to text/email you the NOA 1 notice of case receipt.

Also make a copy of the ENTIRE package you send in the event the post office or USCIS manages to Lose your file it does happen.

Thanks for all your responds! We will send it that way.

Just to be sure, USPS Priority Mail (as Jim mentioned) is the same thing as USPS Express Mail?

Not the same. They are different.

Bottom line is the time it will take to get there is no more with priority mail than with express. You will pay more with express though.

The only real difference is if it does not get there in specified time the USPS will allow you to request a refund of your charges.

If you feel more comfortable with Express that will be just fine with USCIS either way

USPS Priority Mail vs USPS Priority Express Mail: Differences Between Each Service

Created:

This question is much more common than people think. On some online stores, the option for shipping Priority Mail or Priority Mail Express will exist, giving no information about what the difference is, except for the huge jump in price.

Priority Mail:

Priority Mail is the United States Postal Service's standard air service. Packages usually arrive to their domestic destination within 1-3 business days, depending on how far the package has to be delivered from its origin. However, it's important to keep in mind that this is not a guaranteed service, so packages may be delayed.

Priority Mail is the less costly option of the two. There are also greater options, including more Flat Rate box sizes, Regional Rate, weight- and dimensional-based rates.

Learn more about Priority Mail.

Priority Mail Express:

Formerly known as Express Mail, Priority Mail Express is USPS's fastest shipping service. Depending on the distance a shipment must travel, USPS will make a service commitment of 1 to 3 business days for domestic shipments. Learn more.

Most importantly, this is a guaranteed service. If the package is delivered after the guaranteed delivery date, you can apply for a refund of postage paid. Learn more.

Priority Mail Express is limited to a few Flat Rate envelope options and weight-based rates.

On 11/18, we received a notice that our I-129F was being transferred to another location. Finally received the transfer notification which states our case was transferred to NBC. I can't find any information about I-129F petitions being processed or transferred to NBC.

Does anyone have a similar situation or know anything about I-129F processing times for NBC?

Hello, Oh lucky you are one of the few who are able to visit the US.

Yes I've been to the Philippines many times I prefer the cooler weather as I'm sure you will at least miss the warmth of the Philippines after your first winter here.

You may notice your skin getting really bad after your first couple of winters but this should change once your body adjusts.

Anyway good luck on your process here.

Ok thanks for that, but can I use adress dedicated for USPS Express Mail and courier deliveries while sending normal USPS Priority Mail? From what I understand I should then send it to P.O. Box.

I prefer the cooler weather too than Philippine's hot and humid.

Thanks! You too. May we all have a quick and hassle-free process. Waiting sucks. =)

Hey guys i have a question regarding I-134 i know it's too early to ask question i just want to be ready in the future of the process. so upon checking the I-134 on section 7. you can only list 1 job. i currently have 2 jobs. full time and a part time. on my full time my annual income for 2015 was about $30k i'm not sure if that enough for the poverty line? i can get all the supporting evidence with it. W-2s paystab etc. Also when i filled up my G325A i only put my full time job on the present time. so my question is do i have to make a supplement sheet for my I-134 to add my part time job even though i didn't include that on G325A? all my paycheck from my part time i deposited in my bank. i hope you understand my point. hehe

You want to provide proof of as much income as possible what ever it takes.

As with all questions on immigration forms if you do not have enough room then you need add a separate sheet. I've had to do this on multiple occasions.

Example : Questions 5 - list your last residence

If you run out of room simply put on blank piece of paper

"Continuation to question 5 - residence:

The other thing you will want to do is to SIGN and date each extra page you add.

Hope this helps

The info is pulled from the same data base but one is for your phone and the other for your computer.

What error is it giving you?

If you just recently got your NOA 1 then it take a few days for it to show up on-line for either app or website.
