I called the USCIS a few hours ago asking what is up with my case. I told them how other cases are getting approvals that were submitted late October through early November. And mine should have already been approved or at least gotten an RFE. He told me I was wrong because the California office is exactly 5 months behind and they are working on cases now from late August. I explained to him about how I can track all the cases online and I'm part of a group forum that all does the same thing. He still said I was wrong and the USCIS hasn't checked any cases submitted past August yet. Then he hung up on me.

 

This is extremely frustrating seeing my case has been completely passed over and there is absolutely nothing I can do. I pay $20k-$25k dollars in taxes every year just to have someone working for the government completely lie to me about my case.

 

And yes, I know, there is always a few other people that are waiting longer than me and I need to be patient.

08/04/21....N-400 Accepted

02/24/22....Citizenship Interview, passed

03/18/22....Oath Ceremony to be a US Citizen!!!!! :D!

Sorry for all of us to hear that, but that seems to be a reality, no one really cares. I have been watching people having false hope to get this done within reasonable time.It works for some.My advice is, book few tickets to Vietnam and go see her.

Yup best to find something else to occupy our minds.

5 case approvals in 2 days. PATHETIC!

But on the brighter side it's only 6:56 and most come in after 8pm PST.

Super low expectations. Another Long weekend ahead.

Yes 20000+ to go. and took them 2 months to work on last day of October that still not done.
