For my ROC process, I 751, by mistake sent in a wrong utility bill.

Names on one bill looked like

John Doe

John Doe & Mary Doe

This was a mistake as it looked weird so I wanted to ask utility company to send me new bill with names looking like

John Doe

Mary Doe

As per utility companies request, I drafted that one bill to show them how it should look like for the utility company which i was planing to email them, but never got around to send it as next bills were correct.

Now in hurry I mixed and sent in the bill I drafted for utility company.

She's on my bills. But I'm loosing my mind on that one bill I sent in by mistake.

any comment\suggestions?

Not sure why you felt it needed to be changed if it had both names on it already. Dont stress about bill draft you sent. If they want more evidence, they will ask.
