Which name to use

So we are filling out the I-130 right now, we got married in New York and my wife used the name change option to change her name to my last name only. Example 1 "Consuelo P*****". However when we went to the Honduran embassy to change her last name on her Honduran passport they would only do the way they do it in Honduras, which is Example 2 "Consuelo M***** de P*****". Essentially they wouldnt do it under the same naming customs that we use here. Should I use her name that is on our Marriage certificate or should I stick with what is on her passport?

The name in the passport as that's the name that'll be on the visa and the passport is what she'll use to enter the US
