Hi every body,

I want to know the suitable explanation when I say no to this question.

Should I write: " I received the vaccinations according to the law in my home country"

OR, should I write: " I will receive the vaccinations with my medical examination before my visa interview"

What do you say?

well,

Do you mean that the answer does not matter ?

Basically, yes! This question has confused people (some answered yes instead of no) but as no one gets their visa without completing the medicals the question is actually irrelevant.

Of course, it is always better to answer every question accurately and you will :) I was just trying to alleviate some stress. The process is stressful enough without worrying about things that won't affect the outcome. Good luck with the application!

It should be yes

It can't be yes until the person has had their medical done by the panel doctor. Typically this only happens once an intevrview is scheduled, long after the DS form has been sent in. Maybe it's a different process for K1 which you did, but this is the DV forum and this is the way the process works for DV selectees.

According to the agency which submitted and follow our k1 case they said in the worksheet that it should be yes other than that it means that you can get this vaccinations due to medical reasons and you have to declare that at the interview and submit a supporting document for that

Ok, to repeat: YOU DID K1. This is different. The DS is sent in months before you do the medical. Answering yes at the time one sends it in is technically false information. It doesn't matter at the end of the day because everyone has their medical before their interview so the embassy always has proof of the vaccinations being done by the time of the interview. But I can tell you that I, and a number of other DV winners that I know personally, answered "no" in the DS because it was to be true at the date it was submitted and guess what, we are all in the US now on our green cards. So for the last time, I don't really care what your K1 agency said, this is a DV forum and this is the process DV selectees successfully follow.

I'm sorry for the confusion but you meant that I did answer it wrong ?

You did a different visa through an agency. I have no idea whether what you did was right or wrong for you. I don't even know what forms you need to fill in. I don't know anything about the K1 process so would not give any opinion on it. I do know that the DS form for DV is not identical to other DS forms.
