Hello everyone! its me again

3 months after AOS interview, I received a letter from USCIS asking for Police Clearance Records from each place I lived (whether in the U.S. or outside the U.S.). I'll get U.S. Police Clearance soon as stated in the letter(been here in the U.S. since Sept. 2015). My problem is " PC outside the U.S.) I've already submitted that during the Visa process and I have copy of NBI from my country Phil. but already expired last June 2016, Is it really necessary to acquire a new Police/NBI Clearance since I'm here in the U.S now. Don't have any bad record. Is anyone here same experience? I don't want them to deny my case.

Thank you and God Bless You!
