All - I am filling out DS-260 on behalf of my wife. I am the petitioner, so its her ds-260 and the questions are directed to her; however, i'd like to get your input on this question:

Q: DO YOU HAVE ANY PREVIOUS SPOUSES? She had none, but i had one before her.

is this question directed to both of us or just her?

The DS-260 is her visa application so it's all about her. Why isn't she filling it out herself? Any incorrect information on there could be considered misrep

Make sure to double check your answers with your wife before you submit this form. It's pretty important to have all the details correct. Any issues need to be brought up to the CO right away at the interview if you get it wrong. I suggest printing a copy of the DS-260 as well just for your records after you submit it.
