Hi, I decided to create a thread for all of us who plan to send their file to remove condition on residence in January 2017.

It might be a little early but I am sure all of us has many questions and I thought it would be the best if we are prepared for January, its around the corner.

so lets share what proofs we have and help each other.

I have almost all the documents ready just waiting affidavits from my 3 friends, 3 affidavits in total

Hi, This are the list of all the documents I am sending:

-Copy of Permanent resident card

-copies of US citizen and permanent residents passports

-copy of marriage certificate

-social photos

-notarized affidavits from friends (3 of them)

-2 passport size photos of permanent resident (USCIS does not ask for this)

-joint checking account along with statements starting from the month we got married

-joint tax return, official transcript from IRS. 2015. accompanied with W2s

-Health insurance showing US citizen as sponsor permanent resident beneficiary

-utility bills showing mailed to both of our names

-joint Car insurance

-joint house insurance

-copies of drivers licenses showing same address

-T mobile monthly statement (bill)

-copies of credit cards

-military dependent card of permanent resident showing US citizen spouse as sponsor

-boarding passes while traveling together

-paypal showing me as authorized user

Do you have life insurance (showing your spouse as beneficiary), Wills, Living Will etc?

we do not have a life insurance and do you think that is a big problem?

as for the wills I do not think that is a main proof so we don't have wills
