hi guys , my fiance just told me she finished with the k1-visa file , ready to go , but she did it in 3 ring binder with insert plastic protecting paper , outside the binder she glow one picture of us !! kinda fancy , is this okay or it's gonna piss off who ever gonna handle our case ,.

It's would me. They have to scan everything into the computer system so they'll have to pull everything out. Make it easiest for them just in a big pileague paperclipped. Presentation doesn't win you any points...

It'll probably piss someone off. USCIS has on their website that they do not like binders/staples and prefer paper clips/large binder clips to hold cases together. Bottom tab dividers are also useful for locating information inside the packet but not necessary. They use a two hole punch filing system, so if you submit a binder, it'll end up getting thrown and a USCIS reviewer will have to dismantle the entire thing so your case can be filed properly.

Many people have submitted binders anyway without issue, but using large clips to hold everything together saves time and probably helps the reviewer out. Good luck :D
