Is the 5 passes acceptable for a high school equivalent for DV in Ghana? If yes, then you are ok.

If not,it will depend on exactly what work you do as a health care assistant and how you can document your experience. You'd have to be able to prove you were working at the right level for the right amount of time as per the DV instructions for qualifying by work experience.

Applicants are to possess a WAEC Senior High School result with five passes including English and Mathematics, a first degree, Higher National Diploma (HND) or an equivalent two years of work experience within the past five years in an occupation requiring at least two years training or experience
