Can anyone point me in the direction of a change of address form for AOS

I assume that now that I have recieved my EAD and AP I do not have to change address on them... correct? If I do is there a separate form?

If you have a change of address call USCIS and inform them, also fill out an AR-11 form.

Also if you have a AOS case pending, call USCIS and make sure that they have your new address, and call a second time to confirm, that way they don't mail things like AOS interview appointment, and green-card to your old address. The Post Office wont forward things like that.

Miss your AOS appointment because the letter was lost in the mail, and you may be having a bigger problem.

If I'm changing the address for my wife and son, do I only need to fill out the form for the US citizen? Or do I need to go back and fill it out for them also as non-citizens?

the AR-11 is required for any immigrant address change. The I-865 is required for any USC sponsor address change. So you need to do both.
