Hello All,



I came to us in year 2013 May on CR . i got my LPR for 10 years last year ,Now i am planning to apply my naturalization under 3 year rule .



Please advice me for trips in 3 year 4 months as LPR



1) Trip for 131 days


2) Trip of 13 days


3) Trip of 21 days ( visited this trip last month)



Total days outside usa = 165



I have question i recentlyvisited my home country last month, So can i apply for N400 application now or do i need wait for three months for contionous residency




I appreciate for the help for this question

1. Did you temporarily take up residency abroad? You said you just came back from your home country - were you living there? Did you give up a residence in the USA? If you were just away on a long vacation, then there's no time wait because you didn't give up your residency in the USA.

2. Assuming all those above were just trips, you're still living with your US Citizen spouse (and have done for 3 continuous years in the USA) then you're good to file.

Not sure what the second poster means - you don't need to "make up" that time. You haven't been outside of the USA in the 3 year period for enough days to trigger any "making up". * I-130/CR-1 visa by Direct Consular Filing in London
3rd May 2013 - Married in London

7th May 2013 - I-130 filed
4th June 2013 - NOA2 (approved)
16th July 2013 - Interview (approved)
30th July 2013 - POE San Francisco
29th August 2013 - 2 year green card arrived

 

* How? Read my DCF London I-130 for CR1/IR1 Spouse Guide

* Removal of Conditions (RoC) via California Service Centre
1st May 2015 - 90 day RoC window opened
6th May 2015 - I-751 filed (delivered 8th May, cheque cashed 18th May)
7th August 2015 - Approved / GC production

27th August 2015 - 10 year green card arrived

* Naturalisation (Citizenship) via Phoenix Lockbox

* San Francisco Field Office:
1st May 2016 - N-400 window opened
20th August 2016 - N-400 filed

26th August 2016 - NOA1
13th September 2016 - Biometrics

12th January 2017 - Biometrics (again)
30th May 2017 - Interview (approved)
7th June 2017 - Oath

Please any advice for my question about vacation trips in 3 year 4 months as LPR

1st vacation trip for 131 days in 2014

2nd vacation Trip of 13 days in 2015

3rd vacation Trip of 21 days (vaction in 2016)

My trips are just vacation went with my US citizen spouse to see my parents and treatment and i have my continous stay here with my spouse for 3 years 4 months in USA

So can i eligible to apply N400 application in 3 years rule marraige based
