Why not translate it yourself? You don't need to be a certified translator in order to translate documents like that. Legal documents yes, chats and such no. Just translate and then attach a paper saying that you translated and that the translation is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Sign and date it.

Unless a consulate specifically states you must have third party translations, then no, not even the legal documents need it. Anyone fluent in both languages can do the translations. USCIS states and accepts this. They just need to include this certification on the translation > http://www.visajourney.com/content/translations

Proving ongoing relationship is not a requirement of the I-129F petition. Adding in things like chat logs would be front-loading for the consulate to see in order to prove relationship. They most likely do not need to be translated, as usually anything in English or the native language of the country you are interviewing in are accepted for the K-1 visa interview.
