hey everyone, i am filing for adjustment of status for my wife "k1 visa" household of 3 total. my current income from retirement pension and social society benefit total $3000 monthly yearly 36000.

i realize on my 1040 my gross income is $21,000 from the year 2014 and 2015 do i meet the income requirement ? with a current income of $3000 a month

Yes, you do (2016). Make sure the non-taxable portion of social security was shown in form 1040 line 20a or 1040A line 14a.

Attach the last social security statements.

For non-taxable income like SS benefits, provide the benefits letter, and SSA1099. It can also help to provide 12 months of bank statements to show the amount deposited to your account each month.
