Hello everyone, so I'm getting ready to send in my aos package and i just wanted your lookout of my application before i send it in. ...so here we go

First folder:

E notification

Form i864 affidavit of support.signed and dated.

Form i485 application to register permanent resident. Signed and dated

G325a, spouse and beneficiary..signed and dated

Passport page with k1 visa stamp and biographical page.

Form i797c.

Foreign spouse birth certificate.

Copy of marriage certificate.

Vaccination record

U.S spouse birth certificate and passport page.

2013, 2014 and 2015 tax return and pay stub with w2s.

Pictures from the wedding and congrats cards given us..

2nd folder : Employment authorization

E notification

Form 1765 application for employment authorization.

194 arrival and departure form

Passport page with k1 visa and bio page.

Marriage certificate. .

3rd folder: Advanced Parole.

Form i131 application for travel document with supplement explaining why i want it..

Passport page with bio page and k1 visa.

You need 2 passport photos with the I-485, I-131, and I-765. Don't think the USC birth certificate is needed.

You should put the necessary income/tax documents with the I-864.

You only need one marriage certificate and it should go with the I-485.

You may want to review the AOS cover letter to help you arrange these items.
