Worried after AOS interview

What do I think it means? The OP wanted to know if what happened to her is normal. By reading other VJ accounts in this thread, it sounds like this is modus operandi for her District Office, so the answer would be yes. I added my experience to let her know that I also went through what she went through.

With this process, I personally hesitate to say "obviously you are approved" to anyone. I had the exact same things happen to me, but I didn't consider myself approved until I held that approval letter, and later on my PR card, in my hands. But that's just me.

Look, when we say things here, or at least when I say things to people here I hope that they have common sense to know that when I suggested that obviously she was approved, I didnt mean for her to run out of the country and hope to get back in with no problems... I said what I said based on what she told us. At anytime things may go wrong, but according to what the OP said I figured that the likelihood of her AOS being approved is absurdly high. That's all.

Exactly Cassie. We felt great after the interview but until we received the approval letter we werent assuming anything.

I'm probably going to get flamed, but when I read this thread, I was thinking it's just more of the same. There is nothing immediate about USCIS, and all this speculation associated with something as simple as waiting 7 days.
