Good morning and GOD BLESS everyone who were a support in this forum. on Friday 12/17/2016, wife got her visa packet in hand. End of week traveling to pick her up. POE Houston, Texas.

GOD BLESS Everyone, and may you be with your loved one soon enough. Stay strong and BELIEVE that GOD is o your side.

I received an email today that confirming they received my documents but they said wait 6 weeks. Is it more six weeks? Or previous tym will be counted or not.

I am on 5th week as compared to NVC's ScanDate

Have you called to check with an agent? I know the wait times on the phone are long but hold and you will be able to speak with someone. Since 6 weeks is the limit for initial review at NVC you are doing fine, but I would suggest call and follow up from now on once a week. Just ask for a status update do not pressure them or demand things because they do not take like that.
