Like others have said, you need to choose carefully.

With her previous K-1 having not worked out, which you have not explained exactly, there may be some questions definately about why such a short time frame. How long have you known here even?

If that is a forseen issue then go the CR-1 way and marry her there and file.

Always remember that alot of the people on here have been apart from their SO for along time and while it is hard it also proves time and time again the commitment of their relationship.

Take time and make sure she's the one.

It will definitely be a red flag that her other relationship broke down and within 6 months she found love again, with a USC again, and is ready to get married again. Be sure to meet several times and for as long as you can, and to talk about everything in detail.

I think you are worried about the wrong things. You are worried about the visa payments and buying engagement rings. Engagement rings don't prove anything. She probably got an engagement ring from the other guy too, and look how that turned out.

Forget all that, and think about whether this woman loves you. It's hard to take her (and you) seriously when she has had 2 fiancées within a 5-6 month period. Like somebody else said, chances are good that she will leave you as soon as she gets her green card. Obviously, she will tell you that she is not looking for papers. Nobody will admit it if they are looking only for papers.
