Did anyone else's SO have a problem with Cairo DHL trying to open their Medical Exam? Fiance has been to 2 DHL's today and both tried to open the medical because of a "new policy" that says all closed packages must be opened ??????? He has the packet in his hands now because he's not letting them open it of course! He called the embassy and told them what was happening and they said of course under no circumstances can that medical be opened! But he cannot hand deliver it to them either! What do we do?

Thinks these couriers are deliberately trying to irritate her!

Does the embassy no longer use TNT Courier service?

From my understanding, they use DHL now instead of TNT.

Yeah his instructions from the embassy said to use DHL! Anyway, there was a misunderstanding and it's mailed now. UNOPENED!

Good grief! You would DHL would UNDERSTAND they are handling sensitive documents if they are now contracted with the embassy. I'm really sorry you had to go through this. Nothing is done easily in Egypt. Absolutely nothing.

Oh I feel much better than the past few weeks ..I had severe pain in my hip joint and i was going eachday for Physical theray but now I can walk with no pain Thank god .but at night I can't sleeeeeeeeeeeeep

I am getting very excited so is Mark and we were going to Prenatal classes..and we are going to have our baby shower next week at April 4th and my mum will arrive April 3rd ..so I am very excited and busy these days..

Can't wait to hold my baby in my arms

DHL is used instead of TNT for sending the Movement Certificate back to the embassy. When my hubby sent something to the embassy visa DHL - it was also opened. I guess it must be a new policy.
