So I booked my tickets yesterday for another trip to Scotland before I'm too big to fly. Well after arguing on the phone with the British Airways rep I finally got her to let me pay for 3 tickets with two credit cards. (Sounds easy doesnt it? NOT) Ok ...so I jump on ba.com to check out my itineraries and wouldnt ya know it they put me down as a "Mrs". Now I'm sure this is no biggy but I'm using this itinerary and ticket stubs as proof of ongoing relationship at the interview and even though its a simple typo I freaked out, called BA and sat on hold for 45 minutes just to keep the sky from falling. When the new rep told me it would take 48 hours to change the stupid typo I copped an attitude with her and asked her to send me email confirmation of the intended change. (document document ARGH!!) People...I seriously think Im losing my mind over this visa process!! I need to get a grip.

Your with good company. Mine has been gone for a year now. (F)

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.

Wow. I've been flying Aeroflot Russian airlines and they ALWAYS put MRS, the wankers. Hope it's no big deal.

Have you tried updating the information yourself on BA.com? You can ya know.. you have to fill out some pre-flight stuff anyway..and can reprint your e-ticket too..

Otherwise am sure it's not a huge issue..

Yeah...I can change to a kosher meal (im not jewish) and sit next to an exit (not a good swimmer) but cant change my details because I purchased over the phone. I wonder what it feels like to be an executive member? For once I just want to fly first class. I see those seats/beds on the way out of the plane with half read newspapers scattering the floor....Im quite sure they have a conga party while we're in the air and clear out as we're landing.

I noticed that many airlines have only Mr and MRS as an option. I tried to book my flight to Israel and Elal airline was giving me only these 2 options. Thankfully i found a cheaper flight and didn't have to go through that headache of MRS :)

12/14/09 - I-751 mailed

12/23/09 - Check cashed

12/28/09 - NOA1 (dated 12/21/09)

01/03/10 - I-797 NOA received for biometrics appt

01/26/10 - Biometrics appt.

01/27/10 - Touch

04/29/10 - Approved

I can be such a spaz. Well I was kinda on a roll as I tried to purchase the tickets online but since I had to split them up to pay ...I realized I couldnt do that without my son being listed as an adult then paying a higher fare. I was pissed to begin with ...the 1st rep was real great then I got all worked up again after seeing the Mrs. Somebody slap me.

Mrs doesnt always imply marriage. I am very sure the people at the USCIS realize by now that airlines use mrs instead of ms.
