Hi all, I am a conditional green card holder and wanted my family to come visit me and my spouse in the US. I sent them some money for their travel expenses and visa fee for B2 visa, also a little to keep in their bank for petty expenses. I won't be sponsoring them financially for B2, but since the currency exchange rate would hurt them I wanted to pay for their expenses. Is this a negative thing for their B2 approval or for me? I wanted to feel comfortable about this, I appreciate your responses.

No it is not a negative thing. The main thing i for them to prove they have strong ties to home; a good job (even if it makes little compared to the USA) can help with that though.

Thanks for your reply Penguin_ie. Just wanted to make sure it's okay to support them since they need to individually prove that they are financially eligible for B2. After all, I am not loaning them money though, just sending it to be nice, I suppose that's fine.
