has anyone noticed that the Customer Service line is no longer taking calls.  within the last week ive tried to call 4 times primarily in the early afternoon.   as i was told to try back in the early morning, i placed my 5th call just a few minutes after 8am and now the system tells callers to try back at 8am.  im confused.

thoughts?

i am merely trying to contact tier 2 support as another VJ member suggested contacting customer service once you reached 180 days.

hello everybody. me and my husband filed I-130 with supported documents and proofs to Nebraska service center on June 1, 2016 for CR1 Visa.

On June 6 USCIS has received our file.

Then on October 20, 2016 when we track on USCIS web it says that " case was transferred and new office has jurisdiction "

and today October 24 my husband has received the hard copy of the notice and it says..

" This is to notify you that we have transferred the above application or petition to the USCIS office at :

Texas Service Center "

i wonder if there are any Nebraska Service Center filers who experience the same thing ?

Can people join me in this forum from NSC filers who has not got NOA2 so that we can update each other about our progress if we get any approval as well as to know how many people has got an outstanding case with the service center?

Thanks all for taking the time to read this. I hope we will hear some positive news in the coming weeks.

Hi corry,

My wife and I filed I-130 with supported documents to Nebraska service center on October 24, 2016 for CR1 Visa.

On October  26, USCIS received our file. All we read on the site is they are working on July entries. Today is 01/12/2017, it's depressing and frustrating not to be together.  I don't mind getting It transferred to a better place to get it expedite it

Congratulations.

Hello Ruby,

i have no idea which case goes to which center and why do they transfer them. some people said it is because the service center is on workload, and some people said its because of presidential election so it makes it slower.

on my second I-797 notice it just says like this :

" We transferred this case because the record indicates that office has jurisdiction over the case... "

Hi Cory,

I received an I-797C Notice of Action today that my case has been transferred to Texas Service Center. The reason is 'to speed up processing'. My NOA1 is October 4,2016. Did you receive your NOA2 sooner at Texas Service Center?

O anyone else receive their NOA2 sooner at TSC?

Hi Cory, we're in the same boat.  transferred to Texas on 8 march, and also wondering if TSC processes Nebraska transferees in timely manner or if we go to the back of the line.  good luck to you in any event!

Hello Everyone:

I have reading this forum since I submitted my papers in October and I am now joining in because my case have been transferred to the Texas office. My priority date is 10/18/16.  According to Visa Journey, the Texas office is now processing cases in November. The USCIS website has not been updated since 01/31/17. Has anyone who has been transferred heard any additional information about their case?  Is there anyone in this forum who’s case was at the Texas office from the beginning been approved yet?

Hello everyone, my wife filed the application October 26. After NOA1, nothing was heard from USCIS, she also requested for a review yet we got nothing.

This is affecting our marriage, she is always travelling thousands of miles with airplane stress in visiting me in Nigeria.

My USC hubby filed i130 for my children minors who are outside US. USCIS received the files October 24th 2016. The case status was updated online on May 31st that has been transferred to another USCIS office. We got the notice about a week later saying the case has been transferred to NBC. Am so confused cos the cases are already 7months plus and don't know if single filed I130 can be moved to National benefits center
