multi cases got seperated

Hello everyone in the VJ community. I have a question to see if anyone has anymore advise. I have filed a CR-1 and two CR-2 visa for my wife and her two daughters that are 21 years of age. Our cases are now being reviewed by the NVC I paid the application fee for all three and I paid the AOS also. The problem is that some how the youngest daughter's application got separated from the other two applications and the NVC sent me an email telling me that they can not review the youngest daughter's application until the AOS is paid.

When I noticed that the youngest daughter's application was asking for the AOS to be paid I called the National visa center and spoke to a representative and (that is when I learn that the applications were separated) the representative told me that she spoke to her supervisor and the issue would be corrected. I waited a few days and noticed that it has not been corrected. So I sent an email. I received and response and they stated that the will review the case and will make the necessary changes.

I waited a 4 weeks after the NVC received my applications and noticed again that the issue was not correct and that is when I received the email informing me that they can not review the application until the AOS is paid.

I called again and the representative I spoke to states that she can see that application belongs with the other cases. But she did ask me if I paid the AOS fee. I informed her that I did pay the fee with the primary application(my wife's application) She told me then to they will correct this error and to ignore the email. I have waited a week now and the error is still not corrected.

I am very concerned that this will hinder my timeline and be delayed.

So I turn to you Visa Journey community for any advise on what to do next.

Involve your Senator if the NVC continues to stonewall you.

To update everyone,

I finally got the error corrected. But it was not easy. I sent emails and I finally called the NVC center again. I explained to the nice woman on the phone what was happening and the response she gave me at first was upsetting and frustrating.

I told her about the cases being separated and she looked and responded by telling me well the request to correct the error was just added Oct 20th. I became a little flustered because it was like she did not listen to the whole story. But I stayed calm and polite and then asked to speak to a supervisor. She first told me that I did not need to speak to a supervisor because the case was just sent Oct 20th. I had to inform her that I have been calling about this error for over a month now and each time I was told a supervisor would correct the problem and not to worry. She looked at the file again and acknowledge that I have been calling about this case sine Sept 16th. She put me on hold and when she came back she told me that a supervisor would correct this and to check back in a few hours. I did check back after a few hours and it was corrected. Yeah!!!!

But of course they say I did not fill out the AOS application (I-864) correctly and I am not trying to correct the mistakes.

Our family was hoping to be together for Christmas but I guess that would be a Christmas miracle.

Don't children aged 21 and over have to come over on an F2B visa? Currently the priority date for that is in 2010. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

Ok it's just in the first post you stated they're both 21. If they're under that age then forget what I said.
