Hey guys. Freaking out here. Petitioners employer won't write a letter for the i-134 (corrected) proving his salary and permanent employment as they say they don't do it for anyone.

Alabama is not a right to work state it's an at will employment state. They won't give him any kind of information. He can include everything else on the checklist.

Also: his co sponsor is retired so isn't self employed or employed or anything, but is wealthy. Is this going to be an issue?

Please help!

Pay stubs?

The employer can provide a verification of employment but actual pay may be another issue. Can he use pay stubs along with a VOE?

He can use like six months of pay stubs but the employer won't supply any form of verification
