From AP to Ready Status

My interview was last Oct 18, and I got 221g stating that I need to bring a co-sponsor docs. I sent back to them the docs they need along with my passport Oct 22. I checked the status today it says "Ready". Does it mean everything is fine?

I have a another question, Did they inform you first through email that youre approved?

I got email to pick up passport where I designated it to be dropped off...

issued and picked up same day

Ohh ok, Cause Im just curious if they approved ours or not. I dont have any assurance about the approval but our case 2 days ago was "Ready" and now it says "Admin Processing" why? ?
