I submitted Sept 29th I believe I am the only one who got case complete in like 2 weeks. Oct. 17 case complete via Ceac and phonecall to NVC got the letter today via email. I do miracle happens it did for mine so be hopeful :)

Wow this is a miracle to get CC in 2 weeks:) My scan date was on Sept 27th and I'm still waiting. I hope I get CC soon as I know the Nairobi embassy schedule for interview takes on average 3 months.

Whoever reviewed your file is indeed an efficient worker hope we get many of them to review our case.

We got out case complete September 7th after just 23 days of waiting! My package was really well organized (I spent forever putting it together lol) just waiting for Jamaica to schedule this interview now but it's taking forever!

Congrats 23 days is amazing turnaround too. It has been 28 days for me and I'm still waiting. Good luck on Embassy interview date.

How did you find out about case complete status? Did you call NVC or you did wait until they sent you the email? Thank you

Yes, still at the NVC and not sure when this step will be completed. The NVC has told me not to send them anything else but to make sure my wife has all of the documents needed - however - the NVC still has not sent my case to the embassy in Tokyo,....... They cannot tell me why they haven't sent it and cannot tell me if I can do anything to have them send it.... mystery

Men that is really long time to wait. I suggest you contact your congress/senator representative for follow up. I also suggest when you call NVC ask them to have the supervisor review your case as it's really a delay.
