Medical exam

Hi again,

I have literally just this second booked my medical at London Knightsbridge and wondering if anyone can help me that has done the exam recently.

Before you book the medical it advises what you need to take with you, photographs, photo ID, police check and other things including vaccine record...

Not once does it mention a summary of your medical (not full) from your GP however, it does say this on the bottom of Knightsbridge's appointment confirmation email.

Has anyone else every taken this with them or have they just took the vaccine record (if they have it) as well as the other things the website says to take.

I have posted regarding this medical before and had made my mind up but now it saying i need to take this has thrown a spanner in the works.

On my medical records it says that i had a depressive episode and on another occasion it said low mood. I never had medication for it, i just left the job that was making me so miserable and moved on. I need to know whether i will be expected to have a letter from my GP stating the basic of my medical records or not. I don't want to turn up without it and them throw me out and i don't want to try and get it if not needed to then make things more complicated.

Please someone help me

You will need only what they requested, (the vaccine records, pictures, IDs and Email with appointment)

This is problem, on the website when it tells you to fill in the DS-160 it takes you to a page of requirements for your medical. It doesn't mention anything about the summary from your GP however, on the email confirmation i received for my medical appointment it states that as one of the requirements along with everything else that is listed on the website.

This is difficult in itself anyways let alone when different things say the requirements are different.
