Hello everyone,

I wish I knew it a bit earlier about 10-yr residency and list of relatives

I have already submitted I-129F

Should I be worry about missing 10-yr residency and list of relatives (for both of petitioner & beneficiary) ?

Can I add the two mentioned docs when we submit required docs for NOA2 (such as I-134)?

Little of background: Both of us are never married. In relationship for 2+ years, and I have made 2 trips back to Vietnam to see my fiancee and we got engaged already. I think our case is very straight forward

Thank you very much

You can prepare one for yourself and one for her side after she receives the Packet 3. But I wouldn't worry about it too much. I prepared both documents for my then-fiancee but the CO never asked to see them.
