what address to use in filling up form for alien relative petition...

hi , i'm a newbie in this site , and i'm planning on filling a petition for my son ,i'm permanent resident , my son is 27 years old currently working in Dubai,my question is , which address do i need to use in filling up the form is the address in the phillipines or his present address in Dubai? any help will be greatly appreciated.

Filed: Citizen (apr) Country: Ireland
Timeline

If he is legally resident in Dubai, use that address. He will be able to do his medical and interview there and it will be easier for him.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

You do know that your son will have to wait over 10 years and remain unmarried for that duration?

yeah,JFH,it was agreed upon early on, he holds a multiple visit visa for here , and he came to visit us one time , but we know after filling the petition he won't be able to enter using the b2 visa , that is the sad part....thanks for the input .

He can still visit while a petition is ongoing. It would be unreasonable to expect someone to not be able to visit their parents for over 10 years. Entry will be at the discretion of the CBP officer at the time but there's no rule that he cannot visit.
