Adjustment of status for father already in the US- how many dif forms? :S

Hi everyone this is the first time I post anything, but I been reading for years, this page help me during my process and now Im a citizen! :dancing:

Anyway trying to keep it short, this is the background info:

Asking for adjustment of status for my father, who enter "legally" with a tourist visa, lives in the US, no crimes/arrests, all that is easy. I went to a non profit organization to talk to a lawyer, I couldn't afford to pay one, and she really got me all confused!

Which are all the forms that i should be sending to USCIS? :blink:

So far I go:

* I-130, Petition for Alien Relative


* I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status

* G-325, Biographic Information

* I-864, Affidavit of Support Under Section 213A of the INA

* I-693, Report of Medical Examination and Vaccination Record

Should I be applying for I-765, Application for Employment Authorization in the same package?

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.
