Hi, I work for a company that is party owned by my wife. She is a 50% shareholder. I am eb3 india with PD Jan 2005, have been current since September.

Have been working in that company since 2011.

Filed ac21 and recently response she to RFE with employment letter.

Is that an issue?

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

Hi, I am working with a company that is owned by family (partly owned by wife). The company has 20 other employees and my role is similar to what was on labor. Is that an issue? I am current since 01Oct and have not heard anything.. PR is Feb2005.

Please advise what to do?

If you have an EAD and it's a legitimate business then it shouldn't be an issue, even if the business is partly owned by your wife.

The business is legitimate. I get paid about 20% more than what was on the labor. employed since 2011 and payroll in on since then. Honestly, the job is also legitimate, and i am doing the same role as on labor.

The company gave an EVL at the time of RFE.

the case is delayed, which is why I am a little worried.
