Hello there!!

I am a little bit confused with FORM I-751, part 7 and part 8.

Do they still mean.... ??

PETITIONER= US Citizen

SPOUSE= Green Card Holder

Please help. TIA!

No. The one petitioning to remove the conditions is the Permanent Resident/Green Card Holder and the spouse/individual would be the US Citizen. Good luck! :)

No. The one petitioning to remove the conditions is the Permanent Resident/Green Card Holder and the spouse/individual would be the US Citizen. Good luck! :)
